Alright my LR friends... thank you so much for your help. I ditched the Disco and got a new subaru forester awd... it was a SAD, SAD day to let my blue baby go!!!! one day, if teachers start getting paid more, I will definitely get my disco back, whether its a 1, 2, or the new LR3.... thanks... -

Power Issues / Alternator? Transmission?
1994 LR Disco I Battery light came on... got a new battery but later that night, battery light still on, lights went dim, lost power. Tried to get pulled of the side of the road, but could not get out of park. Charged the battery, jumped it and got it into drive. Is this my alternator...
