Will spraying water in the side mirrors damage anything?
A spider has moved in to my driver's side mirror, and every night it builds a huge web that I have to destroy in the morning, getting sticky gunk all over the door and window. Then every night, it just rebuilds it. I'm pretty sure it's camping out inside the mirror. I don't know how else to... -

Just thought of a great feature
LR should add a feature wherein if the collision sensors sense your vehicle getting hit while parked in a lot or on a street, the cameras automatically activate and record a 10 second video to the onboard nav hard drive (in hopes of catching a license plate number)... -

I'm deciding between a Lux package with Heavy Duty, and the Lux Plus package. The Lux Plus package includes heavy duty. So the difference in price is only $800. Is it worth the $800 to get all those cameras? I do parallel park often, but I'm already pretty good at it without five... -

lr3 transmission problem
I have had my 2005 in the shop three times for the same problem; at approximately 30 mph the transmission slips. I can engage if I accelerate, but would like to know if anyone has has the same issue- resolved. The dealer did a software update and that did not work. -

My LR3 just stopped remembering the reverse gear mirror angles.
You can adjust the side mirror dip in reverse and save the setting with some buttons on the left side of the seat... I had them set perfectly in order to back out of my slim city driveway, but recently my LR3, Oswald, has been forgetting my settings and reverting to the default settings... -

How do extended warranties work?
As I'm turning the 30,000mi mark on my LR3, I'm starting to think about what I'll do when my warranty's up. I love my LR3, but I fear that maintenance costs will be too expensive. How do extended warranties work? Are they done through Land Rover, or the dealer? Or through a third-party... -

How do I get the diagnostic keypad to come up?
I read the recent thread on how to disable the speed restrictions with code 1791, and it made references to a diagnostic keypad and an invisible button... I tried searching for information on how to do this, and couldn't find it. Can someone fill me in please or point me to the correct thread?
