2018 D5. I have a second set of factory wheels with OEM TPMS for winter with snows. Worked great last year.
Just swapped them this year and the auto reset is not working. Does anyone know what tool I can use to reset them? Does the gap tool work for this? The only thing I see it mentioning is...

Not the worst idea. I’ve run a ton of Terra Grapplers on LR3s and LR4s. They are a great all around tire but not as good as a dedicated snow tire in winter.
Additionally it’s doesn’t really matter because they don’t make it in a 21” size so I’ll have to get another wheel size regardless.
Anyone running a smaller wheel for winter? Looking for an OEM set of black 19” wheels to run with a delicates snow tire.
Also wondering if 19s will clear the bigger front Brembo’s?
I sold my LR4 last month but those bushings were amazing! Do it.
PS. I also had an E39 M5 Dinan S2 and stayed away from the power flex due to reviews like that.
My indy said there was a software/firmware update for the ECU and battery managment control. Thats litterally all I know. I replaced the alternator with a Denso which is the OEM alternator. It seems the system fried my other battery which may be what its doing to yours but im not 100% sure.
UPDATE!
Finally figured this out after months of the error and charging issues.
Step 1. Replaced Denso alternator under warrantee.
Step 2. Had my indy update the ECU firmware and got my Interstate battery swapped out under warrantee.
All together that cured the issue. Its seems that the...
Swapped alternator. Problem still exists.
Pulled codes again. The same. Remedy via LR manual is.

Ya, totally 3 bolts I think. It's more annoying than anything as it went down in a snowstorm last year and I didn't have time to swap it so I paid my Indy. Barely 15 months later its acting up.
Yes they actually do. They trigger the "Charging System Fault" with battery icon in RED on dash. At this point im actually suspicious its the Generator itself. Its barely over a year old so I have my indy contacting Denso.
Randomly this weekend our rig started having an intermittent charging system fault. The alternator was replaced about 1.5 years ago with an OEM unit. I checked the voltage and both the battery and alternator seem to be working in spec.
Pulled codes and these are the following.

Santorini Black Grill for sale. I bought this and planned on converting my LR4 to the blackout kit but have not had the time. This grill is not in perfect condition. The grill has scratches... I was going to repaint it but Im just moving on.

Haha WFC... amazing.
So this winter both my wife and I noticed (she has been driving it more than me lately) that the sensors stop working and always went to the fault right away. I assumed it was due to a car wash during cold weather and would clear up as thats what has happened before. Now...
The front left interior parking sensor on my rig is shorting to fault. Looking to swap it but I can see how the heck you do other than pull the entire freaking bumper cover which does not look like any fun... at all.
Anyone change one?

Ladies and Gentlemen. The problem has finally been solved.
There was a worn wire right above the compressor. That wire was the lead routed to the compressor that told it to vent. Glad it's sorted out but seriously annoyed that a wire was wearing on a non-moving part directly above the...
The vehicle is now in what appears to be super extended mode in the rear. I can't get it to lower. Trying the service / test module on the IID tool but to no avail. Any thoughts? Its so weird because I can get some of the front to adjust with the tool but only a small bit.
For those trying to help me here on this thread I have an intermediate issue - http://www.landroverworld.org/threads/suspension-fault-c1a36-01.29216/
The rear of my car will not go down and is now in super extended mode. Anyone know how to get it down? Im trying the service/test on the Gap tool...
UPDATE.
Replace the rear valve block tonight. Nothing changed other than tearing up my hands.
Still have the C1A36-01 code. (Exhaust valve - General failure information - general electrical failure) Where is the exhaust valve on this system???
Im starting to go bloody mad.
There are a ton and I'm not sure which your referring too. I have seen a few of these I'm not sure there is a specific one with the code and issue exactly like I am having though. If you find it or remember let me know!
New rear valve block comes in tomorrow.
