i have the top one. never tried their ultra hid kit as it wasnt available back then. since then i've started ordering some kits on amazon and works fine, too. -

Do you hear the ballast click? When you turn it on you should be able to hear a few fast clicks. If not it might be a dead ballast. -

not sure at all. the DDM kit is a bit sensitive when you first install it, i think. just need to make sure the car is ON before turning on the HIDs for the first time. -

The last item, as long as it's consistent you should be fine. Just make sure you have it on ON instead of Auto. -

alright, that's correct behavior. the last test is to see if you can turn on the headlight with the car on, engine off, by using your light switch. previously you said you couldnt, right? -

When you turn on your car without turning on the engine, you can turn on the stock lights without issues, right? -

Weird. Did you turn on the engine before turning on the lights? From past experience some ballasts need a little priming before it fires. Our car without the engine on does not send enough juice to the ballast initially, resulting in misfires. -

that's odd. when you turn on the hids, both sides dont fire? Did you flip the polarity?
