OEM Hitch Receiver Pin doesn't seem to be engaging all the way?

My 2012 LR4 issues, need some advise.
Couldn't agree more, $4400 estimate is outrageous. RyanJL is correct on the brakes if you're good with some DIY. Easy, I did all four on both my 2010 and 2015 with parts for each less $600 (and that's with upgraded rotors). Hardest part was replacing the pad wear sensors since they were shot... -

LR4 2015 - replacing front brake sensor cable
Not plugged in to fuse bay. It is however plugged in at the very top of the wheel arch under the liner which is a real pain to clear enough to get to plug. Ask me how! The rear one is just as much of a PITA as it's located above diff. Also, I would not splice these as you may not get good... -
