    Removing the cat's

The rear O2 sensors are used for more than just cat monitoring on this vehicle, and they play a large part in fueling. You will end up with a positive upstream sensor offset due to the lack of reaction in the cats, which may end up costing you fuel mileage. And I suppose if you're not worried...

    2006 Supercharged - Emission Code

P0441 is a purge flow fault. It is usually the valve itself, but there are other possible causes, such as a restriction in the vapor line, or in the inlet filter or vent valve. Step one with the is going to be replace the valve, it's not cheap, but it's pretty easy to replace.

    Lower Inlet Manifold Gasket

Cylinder 6 is the rear driver's side cylinder(LHD) and the lower intake has a coolant passage right next to the runner (just pass through to cylinder head, intake isn't cooled) so if the gasket is bad, or manifold is not properly tightened, you may be leaking coolant out as well as allowing some...

    AC blowing warm air

Exactly right. That, the schreader valves, and the compressor itself are the most common AC issues on this vehicle. As to damage, if all of the refrigerant leaks out, you will not be circulating any oil, which will eventually damage the compressor, as it is always slightly engaged.

    Lower Inlet Manifold Gasket

No oil passages in the intake, so it would have to be going into a cylinder and then into the crankcase, so unless you have a large amount of smoke from the exhaust, not likely.

    Hitch Issues

Knowing what vehicle you were trying to install it on would probably help. As it is pictured, the locking bolt is engaged, the green knob needs to be turned to retract this bolt, which will then extend by itself once fully installed.

    2006 Sport With Leaking Sunroof

The seal on the glass is servicable. Also, that seal is a designed leak, hence the need for the drain tubes. If they are not flowing correctly, water will back up in the drain pan, and overflow, causing a leak from above.

    Tpms module location

Driver's side C pillar, above the headliner. If rear AC is fitted, the headliner needs to come down a ways for access, if not, then just that side can be loosened up. Also, the antenna at each wheel is not an antenna, it is an initiator. The antenna for the system(that receives signals from the...

    fault lights woes?

Most likely the transfer case control module. It's located directly behind the battery, under a small plastic cover. Take it out, and try to clean up any corrosion on both the module and the wiring with the battery disconnected.

Wanting to upgrade 2008 LR2 radio unit

Not as easy as the Jeep. Different harnesses, several different components. Best bet is to go aftermarket nav in the cubby hole, a good audio shop can make it look near stock, and honestly will be more functional and easier/cheaper to update.

LR3 Idle Fluctuates w/ AC on or off - please Help ASAP- Looking to Buy this LR3

Easy fix, don't hesitate on purchase for this at all. Have an induction service preformed, and replace the PCV valve afterwards, along with an oil change. At that mileage, might want to have a proper injection service and full tune up as well, it will run much better after. The symptom is due...

66k iles Yellow engine light on

Thanks for that, my ego needed a boost! A bad seal on the cap can and will cause this fault, it isn't that common, but does happen. The main reason I say that it isn't usually the gas cap is simply because that is what the message tells you, and what most generic 'car fix' sites will say(and...

    "clunk" sources

Sway bar bushings are by far most common(past your already new parts). Have you noticed if it does it when both wheels move the same amount, slowly going straight over a speed bump? These are not always visually bad, and I have even seen them nice and tight on the bar until after it is taken...

    06 suspension no access

Price is about right, it's the entire terrain response ECU, not just a switch. But these are not VIN coded or anything, so if you can find a used one(that is working correctly) that might be a cheaper option. Did you try grounding out the pin mentioned earlier, to rule out a wiring issue?

    Wiper Blades

Give the Valeo a shot, if you still have issues, I have seen the wiper arm itself create both too much and too little tension on the glass, which will cause noise and somewhat poor clearing from the blades.

    Wiper Blades

I like the Valeo Ultimate 900. They work very well, and seem to hold up decently well over time, with normal use I see about a year from them before they start to streak at all.

    06 suspension no access

Corrosion is not immediate, so it working after the spill doesn't mean too much. Also, depending on what was spilled, it may just be gummed up(if soda or something sticky like that) and preventing contact. I don't know what type of switch/contact is in there, if it is a microswitch, you might...

    06 suspension no access

The exhaust valve for the system is built into the compressor, however I completely agree with the above, a new one won't fix the issue. The compressor can obviously do its job with air supply, and once commanded it is able to lower the truck. You are looking at the switch, or wiring between it...

    LR3 shift selector problem

It's possible, but without damage(either to the wires going to it, or something getting into it) not too likely. Have you had any trans fault messages on the dash, or is this just an issue with the lights?

    LR3 shift selector problem

There have been a few different issues that cause this, but most commonly it is due to corrosion in the connectors in the center console. Pop the whole shift surround section off, and with the key out, undo the connectors under there and see if there is any corrosion in any of them, or signs...

    Serpentine Belts

The short one that is in front is solely the fan belt, and doesn't wear out as fast as the other due to only having three, large radius turns. The primary belt drives everything, and is the one that is notorious for making a chirping noise, due to a poorly designed idler pulley, that has been...

Courtesy Lights - Technical, Operator Issue?

Interior lamps courtesy circuit is FET controlled, so a short turns them off, as opposed to blowing a fuse. Most common place I've seen this happen is the wiring pinched above the sun visors pivot screws. That said, the load space light and the rear center light are wired in the same circuit...

    Checking Transmission Oil Level

I appoligize, I misspoke, the fill is located on the top of the trans, under the air cleaner box, but the drain and level check are the same thing. To check, you remove just the center, to drain, you remove the tube that the center goes into. The way to top off the fluid is to overfill it by ~...

    Checking Transmission Oil Level

What model do you have? It is not quite that simple on the LR2, as the fill and drain plug are the same thing. However, to just answer the question, transmission fluid on all LRs should be checked while running.

    Air Suspension Fault

If it is any consolation, the updated compressor includes the small lines that go to the dryer, and also the end of the smaller of the two large hoses gets removed.
