Removing the cat's
The rear O2 sensors are used for more than just cat monitoring on this vehicle, and they play a large part in fueling. You will end up with a positive upstream sensor offset due to the lack of reaction in the cats, which may end up costing you fuel mileage. And I suppose if you're not worried... -

P0441 is a purge flow fault. It is usually the valve itself, but there are other possible causes, such as a restriction in the vapor line, or in the inlet filter or vent valve. Step one with the is going to be replace the valve, it's not cheap, but it's pretty easy to replace.- RoverGuy7

Lower Inlet Manifold Gasket

AC blowing warm air
Exactly right. That, the schreader valves, and the compressor itself are the most common AC issues on this vehicle. As to damage, if all of the refrigerant leaks out, you will not be circulating any oil, which will eventually damage the compressor, as it is always slightly engaged. -

No oil passages in the intake, so it would have to be going into a cylinder and then into the crankcase, so unless you have a large amount of smoke from the exhaust, not likely.- RoverGuy7

Hitch Issues
Knowing what vehicle you were trying to install it on would probably help. As it is pictured, the locking bolt is engaged, the green knob needs to be turned to retract this bolt, which will then extend by itself once fully installed.- RoverGuy7

2006 Sport With Leaking Sunroof
The seal on the glass is servicable. Also, that seal is a designed leak, hence the need for the drain tubes. If they are not flowing correctly, water will back up in the drain pan, and overflow, causing a leak from above.- RoverGuy7

Driver's side C pillar, above the headliner. If rear AC is fitted, the headliner needs to come down a ways for access, if not, then just that side can be loosened up. Most likely the transfer case control module. It's located directly behind the battery, under a small plastic cover. Take it out, and try to clean up any corrosion on both the module and the wiring with the battery disconnected. -

Not as easy as the Jeep. Different harnesses, several different components. Best bet is to go aftermarket nav in the cubby hole, a good audio shop can make it look near stock, and honestly will be more functional and easier/cheaper to update. -

Price is about right, it's the entire terrain response ECU, not just a switch. But these are not VIN coded or anything, so if you can find a used one(that is working correctly) that might be a cheaper option. Did you try grounding out the pin mentioned earlier, to rule out a wiring issue? -

Give the Valeo a shot, if you still have issues, I have seen the wiper arm itself create both too much and too little tension on the glass, which will cause noise and somewhat poor clearing from the blades. -

The compressor can obviously do its job with air supply, and once commanded it is able to lower the truck. You are looking at the switch, or wiring between it... -
