toddjb122 - thanks for the reply! The primary locations for me are: Cape Lookout and Ocracoke. Umbertob & jptruck - both recommended lowering my tire pressure to 18lbs or so, which is what i'm going to do. I'll let you guys know how it goes. -

Just got a quote on Comp pd1880 wheels which is about $2,150 excl tires.. Allot to spend to drive on the sand. I appreciate the great feedback! Umbertob - i'll probably try your recommendation first. i'll just avoid going to areas with really soft sand. Love the suggestion of using the floor mats! -

Black OEM Crossbars Hi guys, Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can find some Black OEM crossbars? my 2013 LR4 has the black pack, black 20" wheels, etc... the satin aluminum bars just won't match... Thanks! -

Couldn't agree more. I'd buy the V6 model if they could get fuel economy into the 20's. Anything less isn't worth it. I drive between 12-15k per year so that would translate into nice savings. My dealer told me they expect their 2014 LR4's in February. It's a shame they weakened the engine without lightening the vehicle. I assume the new chassis won't be too far behind. -

'13 HSE - Causeway Gray with 20" black pack. Bought a '12 Black HSE Lux last week. Was at LR this morning to have roof rails installed and they brought this '13 Causeway Gray with 20" black pack out for my 'loaner'… I told them I wanted to exchange mine for this one, which they prompt did... -
2014 LR4 e-brochure just released
Thanks for sharing! Just read through it. weights are still the same as well as towing capacity. Losing out on some torque (35) and hp (35). I like the lights in the side mirrors tho. -
