Problems with my 2017 LR5 First Edition
I have a a 2019 Discovery and the windshield was replaced along with the carpeting on the front passenger side. I had seen it drip a couple times but thought I was seeing things. Apparently the carpeting was ruined when they looked at it. Car has been in twice for the proximity key function...- GM99

Lagging accel pedal?
I had this update performed last week and it has improved the driving experience of my 2019 Discovery as well. I had to give the dealership the TSB number as they could not find it either.- GM99

LR4 to Disco 5
Yeah, I was not able to a move a flat screen TV that I had no problem fitting in the LR4. But, all the other improvements make up for the few times a year I could use the extra hauling capacity.- GM99

I went through the same process you described above and other then the rear end being much smaller and a less capable hauler, I have no regrets. I use the phone app all the time to unlock/lock or heat/cool the vehicle.- GM99

2019 Discovery Ordered
I thought I would miss the '13 more, but I don't. The cargo area in the '13 with all the seats folded down is larger, but I didn't want something that I use maybe twice a year influence a vehicle that I drive everyday. The engine in the '19 is fine, yeah, I am sure a V8 would be nicer, but it...- GM99

Lagging accel pedal?
I am interested in knowing as well. It is a little unsettling when you go to change lanes and don't have any power when pressing the gas until a few seconds later. It would be nice to know if there is a fix before taking it in to the dealer.- GM99

2019 Discovery Ordered
I picked up a 2019 HSE that the dealer had loaded up with options right before the New Year. As much as I hated to get rid of my '13 LR4, it is a nice change to have some newer tech inside. There seemed to be a decent amount of 2019's in the Washington DC area to choose from.- GM99
