Hood will only latch on one side
This worked with my 2011 model. Unfortunately, not with the 2016, no amount of slaming works. it's only happening since the car got back from service. I imagine they only half closed it and the drive back lifted and deformed the hood :( -

hood locks are only catching on one side. is there an easy way to resolve this. also how common ios this issues; this is my 2nd lr4 and both have had the same problem on the same side -

headlight question
i just noticed on my 2016 LR4 that may be expected behavior, im not sure. with the headlights on for daylight running i noticed that when the turn signal is selected the headlight for that side is switched off. its the same functionality for both left & right turn signals the left or right... -

Defender 130 an LR4 replacement?
Agreed. i recently moved from a 2009 V8 to 2016 v6 supercharged. my thinking was to focus on the lowest milage i could get in an used LR4. i miss the V8, even my high milage, very tired motor is it still had far superior power that the new car. the V8 is better in so many ways. -

this happened to me, soaking wet floor on the drivers side AND the head unit stopped working. i'd replaced the windscreen about 8 months earlier with one of those ' we come to your house' services. the rubber seal failed
