Lucky8 is swapping non-HD diffs for the LR4 for LR3 diffs with the ARB locker. Spline will not matter at this point but you will need the compressor with airlines and wiring completed. -

HD - Rear Diff Motor - replaced not resetting
The entire diff needs to be replaced. The issue exists because the clutch packs are worn out of tolerance. I bought mine from a place in Texas for fairly cheap. Good luck. -
