yeah did use starting fluid nope didn't run. yes the battery was dead for a long time the radio says alarm thanks lmaf- red95lightning

OK I bought my 94 rover last year for 300.00 . the guy I bought from said he parked it because he didn't have to cash replace the front calibers. so I bought front calibers pads one rotor. so I noticed the fuel pump was dead so I replace the fuel. so tuned it up plugs wires rotor button and...- red95lightning
