Thanks for all the replies! This does still occur when my front and rear defog is on. So either go the relay harness to the batt or install xenon lights? Xenon like a DDM Tuning HID kit which I have seen on these forums? -

I should also clarify they dim briefly uniformly and return to full intensity. It literally dims a half second. I had an older car that did that whenever the AC engaged. Same effect. Thx for ur help -

They both flicker. Halogen bulbs. Dealer said they checked all grounds on truck. -
