You should add some uv dye to the oil, then use a uv light to see exactly where it is leaking from. Replaces the old way of cleaning everything up and then trying to look.- Rex Rekstad

2003 Range Rover start issue
Do you hear the fuel pump? If no, jumper the relay. If still no, it’s not too bad a job. I should have bought the whole fuel pump assembly but didn’t. The plastic and wires get pretty stiff. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- Rex Rekstad

2003 Range Rover HSE
Yes, you need to connect an ammeter (inline) to the battery. It will show you drawing something with the vehicle off. Maybe 2 or 3 amps. Then start pulling fuses until that changes.
