No difference at all except very few tire choices for 19’s. Sounds like you don’t need anything too aggressive , but still not a ton to choose from in 19” -

I just put a set of L322 RR 20’s on my 16’ LR4 with 285/50 ridge grapplers. They fit fine, but I needed a .75” spacer to clear the upper control arm. -

Looking to Buy 2016 LR4 Needed some help
I just picked up a 16 LR4 HSE HD package and love it. Try to fine one certified pre owned and negotiate them adding more time to the warranty if possible. I had an lr3 and a RR sport prior and had great luck with both of them. Fine the service history and make sure to stay current on service.
