Alarm going off/windows roll down
Your alarm going off is possible be caused by a faulty hood ajar sensor. Take a look at this. About rolling down window, you can try to push and hold the unlock button. Good luck.- Ricardowelch

Strange starting problem 2005 Discovery 3 v6 petrol s
Sorry to hear your issue. Do you think the problem can be with the fuel filter, fuel pump, ballast resistor, or fuel pressure regulator?I think you should these things first. Because of badly clogged fuel filter, you will have the fuel flow issue. Good luck.- Ricardowelch

Squealing from front end.
You can try to check the back of the brake pads and caliper slides. If they are stick, they could cause brake pad to drag causing the squeak.- Ricardowelch

Coolant issues and not really the LR3's fault

Rear control arm causing stiff steering?
It could be bad control arm. It still has other common reasons cause the steering issue. You can check if the power steering fluid level is low or thick. Check it first and replace/refill if it is.- Ricardowelch

2002 disco II Cruise Control not working

Trailer Lights not working
According what i read on this forum, one person said: "check the fuses in the Passenger Compartment fuse box. Fuse# 6 is the TOW Reverse light Fuse# 8 is the Trailer Pick-up Battery Feed *Fuse# 14 is the Tow Side Marker Lamps. This is probably the culprit. Fuse# 22 is the Trailer Pick-up...- Ricardowelch
