Your alarm going off is possible be caused by a faulty hood ajar sensor. Take a look at this. About rolling down window, you can try to push and hold the unlock button. Good luck.
Sorry to hear your issue. Do you think the problem can be with the fuel filter, fuel pump, ballast resistor, or fuel pressure regulator?I think you should these things first. Because of badly clogged fuel filter, you will have the fuel flow issue. Good luck.

It could be bad control arm. It still has other common reasons cause the steering issue. You can check if the power steering fluid level is low or thick. Check it first and replace/refill if it is.

"check the fuses in the Passenger Compartment fuse box.
Fuse# 6 is the TOW Reverse light
Fuse# 8 is the Trailer Pick-up Battery Feed
