2012 LR4 Whining in steering wheel (inside the cabin)
Mine does this also -- and my X5 did it too. Easiest fix I found is to turn up the radio ;-). Some day, when I really get sick of it, I'll try some silicon back there. I haven't really looked, but it certainly sounds like some sort of dust cover is rubbing against a trim panel. -
