Actually I trust my own experience and it has been supported what I was told. The reason it even came up is that in my BMW owners manual it states Page 107: "In the interest of safety and optimal vehicle response, we advise against rotating tires. Braking and traction may be adversely affected."... -

It makes some sense actually, well that is, if you believe the following. I was told by a high end BMW mechanic not to bother unless it was VERY often, around every 1500 miles. The reasoning is that once a tire gets a wear pattern it can not be easily reversed, meaning that even if you move it... -

Hi Nathan, I can understand someone wanting the same pattern, I waited to find this style myself in case I damage (cosmetically) one of my main wheels I can swap it out with the spare, but if it is "just" a spare then it truly does not matter. -Darrin -

I found a set of 4 on e-bay that are the 10 spoke aluminum variety (2007). I will be selling off 2 of them in the near future but not quite yet. If you are in a hurry there are plenty to find on e-bay. Cheers, Darrin -

Navigation Issues
I have no such issues with my Navigation (2007 V8 SE) and it if I take an alternate route to the route indicated the system will indeed re route based on road choice in most circumstances. I hope that helps. Enjoy your new ride! Best, Darrin
