Tranny? Shaft? Need Some Advice Please.
I know this is not good, but when I had the car in drive I ran the rpms to about 2500, the transmission caught and it worked fine. This is not an answer but wonder why this seemed to work. Any suggestions or transmission gurus out there?- DUBLZ

Hello all, I am mostly a search and reader but needed some help on this one,. I have a 97 4.6 RR. My H tranny works in P. R. and 1 initially. Once I take off in 1 and shift manually up to dirve as speed progresses it does just fine after it hits 2nd gear of about 15mph+ and continues to work...- DUBLZ
