I have a 2001 Discovery II with about 32,000 miles on it. I went to turn it over and the entire instrument panel is dead. Speedometer,RPM,Odometer, gas gauge, trip counter all don't work. The only light on the board that comes on is SRS light, for about 4 seconds and then shuts off(as normal), but I found out that has it's own circuit. I checked the manual, changed 10 amp circuit #27(instrument pane/hill descent control) and had no luck. I also am hearing a low hum coming and going when I open the door or turn the truck over. Truck is otherwise running fine and everything is working (ie A/C,radio,lights,power windows). Anybody have any suggestions ?
