2002 Disco Headlamp upgrade?

Could 2003/2004 Discovery headlamps fit into a 2002, and would they function without any modifications?

Major modifications required. Plus the cost is over 2k.

Here is what I found by doing a search.... the tired one down is the one you want. The web site that is indicated used to show the upgrade, you might find it on google archives, but that would require some searching.
