2009 Range Rover Sport HSE remote

I changed the fob case and now my remote doe not work ? Does anyone know what i can do to make it work again or a Locksmith that works on RANGE ROVERS , I went to range rover and ordered a new key and it never came in and they refunded me my money. My car starts but will not lock and unlock...

the buttons will work without the shell. So, I would take it apart and double check the battery.

It happened to me before and the problem was the battery. I ordered a battery from Amazon welded it after removing the old one and everything is working now.
