93 RRC ABS Code

I am new to the forums and have a question about the ABS light on in my dash.

I just picked up a 93 RRC 4.2 that has the ABS and traction lights on all the time. I jumped the blue connector under the driver seat to get the ABS light to flash and display the code but I am having trouble interpreting it.

I have attached a video of me doing the test and to me the code is a 2-3 but that isn't on the list of possible codes.

Can someone help me decipher what is going on with my truck?
