99 HSE Bogging down!!!

I am new to this all, but I bought my 1999 RR HSE about 9 months ago without any issues and 90k on the motor. It has progressively lost power to the point that I cannot even drive it. It starts but seems to have a dead spot in the throttle and if I floored it, it would just bog down and not rise above 3k RPM. I am really lost at this point. Fuel pressure reads about 55PSI consistently, New plugs, wires, cats are new"ish" and I have cleaned the MAF. I ordered a new MAF and I am hoping for a change when it comes in.. Any other ideas??? The only coeds I am getting are P1884 & P0453.
