Air Jack???

Anyone have an airjack or tried an airjack or know where to get an airjack? You know the bag with the hose that you hook up to your tailpipe. They used it in the Camel Trophy.

It's been many years since I was in the Quarter, and I seriously doubt I was in THERE. But I was traveling with an Aussie at the time if that helps.
