So mine seems to have gotten loose and escaped. (I had found it on the floor once before, so it wasn't unexpected I suppose.)
I'm going to replace it, but when I got down there, I noticed the gas pedal has no cover either. Was there ever one? I never noticed. That question is a little more murky in my searching. I've found the OEM rubber brake pedal cover no problem. Not so much with a gas pedal cover.
