I want to replace my stock 96 disco leather seat with a good waterproof bucket seat are their any good ones out their with little mods?

Not sure why you want water proof seats for, but personally I think the original seats fitted to your vehicle are quite good unless they have had some abuse in which case I can understand the need for change. If its because you want to take the vehicle swimming, you'll need to water proof the ECU as well. Have you considered water proof seat covers?

Oh my leather seat are starting to rip and I don’t want to pay for new leather covers and my disco is getting a custom roll cage done it would fit the theme

Water proof seat covers would be more economical than "WP" seats.
