Can you turbo charge a disco with tdi parts?

I was wondering if you could use the TDi turbo parts to turbo charge a non turbo Discovery.

no it's a regular gas one

im not sure...you can try it, im pretty sure itll throw your o2 sensors all crazy, and might add too much wear to the engine components and drive train...i honestly dont know what parts might be beefed up on the TDI turbos, but someone else might know, all i know is that you cant turbo anything you want, you CAN but itll break on you eventually....but if you like overhaul every part you can from a TDI into your V8i, it might work...lol.....

okay thanks... I was just curious. I've always wanted a turbo charged car but I should probably just find one that already has turbo on it.
