Courtesy Lights

Hi all I hope you can help me:

I have a 2002 Discovery II SE
And my interior lights(key light included) no longer turn on when I open any doors or use the key fob..the work fine manually....is there a separate timer relay that may be bad? and if so where is it? I have poured over the rave cd but have had no luck...

Addendum

Ok here is an update... I ran through a puddle last night in the rain and now my courtesy lights magically work
