Final Drive Units/ Swivel Pin Housings

LR says to use:

• API or GL5 90 EP
• MIL-L-2105 /B/C/D 80W EP

What do the readers suggest to use in the differential. Lucas ?

75/90 Synthetic Gear Oil

Lucas Heavy Duty 80/90 Gear Oil

Any thoughts on the replacement method?
Such as add or drain and fill?

I use chevron artic gearlube.
It is a multi weight gear lube close to 75w90
it uses chevron ISO SYN base stock
I know it calls for a 80-90 ep gl-5
artic is all I will use front, rear, transfer.
