Lighting issue

I am new to the list and am looking for some help.
The left front and rear parking lights stay on all the time. The only way to turn them off is to remove the bulbs. What am I not doing correctly or what needs to be repaired / replaced ?

What year RR? Sounds like a bad headlight switch though...

Thanks for the answer. I will try and locate a headlight Switch and see if it fixes it.

Easy test... unplug the head light switch and see if the offending lights go out.
