This is an October story that nwoods posted on his blog which I just stumbled across via a link in another thread.

Anyway, I found the linked story really interesting and figure if I missed it, someone else has as well. Nathan is probalby too polite to **** his blog even though it has great entries and incredible photography. Thanks!

That is an excellent post, although I think they need to define offroad better. Do Escalade owners really take those offroad? Or FX35 owners? Don't get me wrong - that is a great crossover, but does driving up a dirt driveway count? Because you surely aren't taking an Escalade or FX with 22" wheels offroad.

yeah i'm sure the definition in this of offroad is merely the dirt road that leads to their vacation home.

I wish there was a table that compared all SUVs (not just the "luxury") ones.
The article said the percentage was 60+ for Jeep Wrangler owners...
