Rack adapter for OEM cross bars?

I'm looking at both the Thule and Yakima fit guides and I don't see an adapter that will fit the contour of the Land Rover cross bars, the fat oval shape. I want to attach some ski racks to the existing LR crossbars and not buy additional bars... thanks
