According to the manual (p93 I think) the user can set up certain features (Lazy Entry, Follow me Home Lights delay etc) by pressing the info button on indicator stalk briefly (less than 2 secs) when you have a blank screen. This should be done with the key in any position...

Only thing is I cannot access this Settings Menu. Has anyone else had this problem or does the manual describe the process incorrectly ?

Have TDV6 S - since Christmas Eve :)

Thanks,

Maybe this is another - lost feature - that the manual alludes too but was dropped :)

It only works when the car is NOT moving. Stop the car then press the control down for a bit, and it will come up.

By the way, what is lazy entry? It must be in the book somewhere but I have not yet found it :)

Tried this and followed the instructions to the letter. No go. According to the manual its not trim level specific. Even my dealer cannot understand why it doesn't work.

Lazy Entry I assume puts the car into lowered suspension mode for easy access ???

I was able to reset the follow me home lights on my SE. Have no idea what Lazy entry is.

Lazy Entry links memory settings (seats, mirrors etc) to a particular remote key, so that that particular key automatically recalls one particular users settings!!

Oh is that all.. why did they not explain that properly then!

I actually prefer NOT to be key-dependent: I just want my seat always to be position 1 memory, whether I use one key or another.

With the car running, in park, just keep tapping the 'i' button, scrolling through the message center, you will get to the change settings screen. Then use the Radio buttons to scroll and change settings.
