Complete shut down
I've owned a 2016 LR4 for 6 months now and it has been flawless and a joy until yesterday. Driving slowly in traffic, approx. 10mph and all of a sudden everything just shut down. Squeeking noise
Thanks so much for the reply. I made sure to toggle on/off the parking brake and it seems to have gotten rid of the sound. Will definitely have dealer inspect next service. Squeeking noise
Wondering if anyone has Experienced this issue and can help identify root cause. When pulling away at low speed there is a metallic squeaking noise that seems to be coming from a rotating part considering the rhythm of it. OEM flaps do not have green logos. Just installed on my rig. All black and don't look like an afterthought. Curious as to which mud flaps ur referencing with the green LR logos?- Disco Fever

I'll spare the details. In short truck took twice as long as quoted. Truck delivered sans some options which were not dealer installable (HD/satellite radio) so have to go without.Truck also delivered sans full length rails. 2015 side step -- really a side impact safety feature?

I'm about to take delivery of a MY'16 and have been researching removal of the steps. From what I understand reading through this thread those aluminum blocks are crumple zones designed solely to work in conjunction with the OEM steps in the event of a side impact and not heat sinks as others...- Disco Fever

Running board removal question
Wow thanks so much for posting these! It appears the factory cut runs pretty much the length of the trim. Looks like the heat sinks may be more visible due to the lack of a complete trim pc? Or is this inconsequential in your opinion?- Disco Fever
