I just had to replace a bad heater core hose. Of course I lost most of the fluid in the process. How do I go about filling this thing up and knowing what the right level is? I've never had a vehicle without a normal radiator cap so I can just look inside of it to see how much is in there. -

Noisy Steering Pump
So, when the disco is just started in the morning, cold, the power steering is REALLY noisy. It sounds like it's even getting worse.. but it's also getting colder. This seems to me a sign of impending failure. What can I do to solve this problem? Change out the fluid? Any additives? Thanks... -

In my 96 SD there is no Oil Pressure gauge. I don't know if one was availlable as a factory option or not, but I'd like to install one. Oil Pressure to me is the most important thing to know about your engine. Has anyone installed one? Any thoughts on how to go about plumbing one in? Thanks...
