98 disco with rebuilt title

Hi I am new to the site and am looking into buying a 98 discovery. The exterior and interior look good, but the title has been "rebuilt" because it was totaled in a wreck about a year ago. The current owner has been driving it since it was fixed, and It has less than 100000 miles and you cannot tell that it has had body work until you get up close to it. I have not driven it yet and will do so, but what are some potential problems with buying a LR with a rebuilt title? He is asking $3000 firm, and I have been working on my own vehicles for years, and the owner is trustworthy. Thank you for your input!

For 3k you can almost buy a 98 or 99 Disco with under 100k miles without a rebuilt title... I am not sure I would put my money on a rebuilt disco for that much money.
