Ok now I’m thoroughly confused. It looks like my 2014 scv6 is specced 5w20 and the 2015-16 scv6 requires the 0w20 of the newer spec. Should I stick with the 5w20 or get the newer stuff? Found motul JLR specific that meets the STJLR.51.5122 spec in 0w20. I have a feeling this was primarily done for fuel economy purposes but I’m sure someone on here knows the real story.
This is done so JLR dealer doesn't have to carry multiple bulk oil lines.
Anyhow there is a Liquid Moly 5W-20 for sale on Rock Auto which looks like it will meet your needs as well. Just use a good synthetic and change at decent intervals.
