I bought a LR CD changer from Ebay. I installed it in my 95 Disco I and it doesn't seem to work. I am in the process of trouble shooting and I needed some help:
The in dash radio doesn't recognize the unit. When I press the band button the CD option does not appear as it should after AM.
I got the tester out and found that there is power to the 13 prong cable, but not on the 3 prong cable (Purple and black). Should there be current to the purple or black? Any trouble shooting tips?
The Cd changer was shipped in working condition - so states the seller.
