Hi,
please advice.
I keep getting the P0183 code on a Disco I, 1997, 88K miles.
which means: "Fuel Temperature Sensor A Circuit High Input"

Is this just a matter of replacing the Fuel sensor with a new one?

Also, can anyone tell me where is the sensor located?

I clear the code, but it keeps showing the "check engine" after driving for a couple hours. Everything seems to be working fine with the truck. No other code errors and it just passed the smog test.

Thanks!
David.

Hope this helps, but yes that sounds like a sensor issue.

thanks a lot joey. I replaced the Fuel Temperature Sensor for 39.00 dlls, and now i don't get the Check Engine light back on.
When i was replacing it, I found one of the cables from the coil package a little bit off, not completely into the terminal, so i wonder if that could have caused the light to come on, anyway i put it back and replaced the sensor and problem solved.
Thanks
David.
