After replacing my front and rear crossover pipes at end of 2020 right before my factory warranty was up (fully covered by landrover btw) the front has failed again and leaked coolant, I got lucky(I guess) as it happened when the truck was parked. My warranty company is denying the claim because in their opinion the crossover pipes are hoses, which are excluded as anything listed in the Trucks manual as part of the routine maintenance is excluded. I don't have the manual since the truck is at the shop, but do any of you wise sages here know if replacement of the crossover pipes are part of the routine maintenance of the vehicle per the manual? The warranty company has been very reasonable to date on other repairs, but this one caught me by surprise since a) I didn't expect a cross over pipe replacement to be in the manual as part of routine service and B) the definition of a hose is something that is flexible vs. this these solid plastic pipes.
