Disco Turns Over but will not Start

I was trying to consolidate information rather than start 100's of threads.
FWIW I did try reading before just posting a new thread.

I just read on a nother forum that i the FTS could cause a no start. I'm going to go test that.

Yes, a FTS is one of many things that can cause this problem, but more tests and information is needed before you start throwing parts at it.
