Expedition Rack Mounts

I have an LR3 with a Land Rover expedition roof rack. Other than t-slot tie down rings, i'm having a hard time finding compatible mounting hardware for things like fuel cans, hi-lift jacks, marston mats, spare tire, lights, etc.

Any of you running this rack and what mounts are you using if so?
