Extended rack loose?

Losing daylight and putting an extended rack that I picked up from Land Rover on my LR4. I have no experience with roof racks. I got it all tight and put on but it has a little play to it. Is it supposed to move?

How much play? Is the whole rack shifting?

What kind of rack?

It should be tight..

Update: I had to take one side of and re-seat it to get it to tighten down correctly. I bought the Land Rover OEM rails from Land Rover and they should not fit loosely for future reference.
