Well...if it weren't for the hazards coming on I'd just think it was a dead battery. It's common to get weird faults like an HDC fault when the non-charging voltage is low; however, those hazards being on makes it sound like immobilizer. I don't know the remedy for that. It sounds like a trip to the dealer, to me.
