humming noise when parked

just wondering if this is normal, it sounds like the air compressor is running. any idea?

Yes that is the air compressor for the air suspension which is pumping air in order to regulate the height/leveling of the vehicle depending on load and road conditions. You will also hear a hissing sound when parked. This is the system letting air out...

Thanks. I was just concerned, it was running for a while on level service inside the garage. Trying to get use all the little noise and personality of this truck, which i love so far.
