Ok I am back to WA aka "home base". Get my disco to a guy that have a small Rover shop in Ballard. So what we found was a bit odd. 3 pin conection point between exaus manifold and pipe. One of thus pins was broken "on each side" and the other bolts was very lose. So just by making them tight I lost 99% of the knocking. But there is still s bit of a exoust gas leak sound. Next Week will try to fix it apropriatly.

P.S. duhhhh I dont have a spell chek on this PC ;-)

I would still change your U-joints, unless the driveshafts have been rebuilt as they will go bad.

I wonder if it is a bad cat. Bang around on the cats and see if it rattles.
