looking to buy 1st range rover

Hello, just trying to get some answer b4 I buy my 1st rover. I am interested in an 04 HSE. They are asking 35989 and it has 38K. It is not certified and I am wonderting if this is a good price or if I have some wiggle room. I was thinking of offering 30K and going from there. Any suggestions. Also is this one of the years that Range Rovers had a lot of problems???? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Welcome to the forum.... first if it is at a dealer you always have wiggle room... think $$$$.$$, not just a few dollars... if private owner, then it is up to them and you.
