$8500 seems fair given the condition of everything including the dash which appears to not have any cracks.

Compare on autotrader and maybe cars dot com. That’s a good indicator too.

Thanks. Have done plenty of research and the prices are all over the map. Think Im going to settle in somewhere in the 8's. Will post in classified when ready to sell.

Price seems very fair from what I saw last year. There are a ton of LR3s all over the map, but few and far between with service records that deep. We bought a 2005 with the locking diff, similar miles for $7200 knowing I needed to drop $2-$3K into it. Kinda wishing I'd waited to buy yours - I would take your roof rack and snorkel if you could split them ;-).

Thank you Nick, really appreciate your feedback. Helpful for when I sell the LR3 in March prior to my move out of WA. No intention to ship it to NV. Agreed pricing is so fractured on the open market. It goes into the LR dealer on Thursday for its regular throttle body cleaning. Going to have my service advisor print out the entire vehicle history. That way the new owner could see what services were completed by previous owner including what I’ve performed. Knowing my luck the buyer won’t give a crap.......
