I ran into the same issues installing mine last weekend. The torx b olts just spun in place. Finally able to remove the handle and then i removed the screws from there. Cleaned up and used some copper grease to make sure that did not happen again. Only other issue was when I was bolting the bottom area back down to the body it was not in line and would not allow the handle assembly to sit flush to the body. After adjusting how the ladder was positioned and applying pressure on the mount it finally lined up with no further issues. Now to see how it holds up. Hopefully better than the bearmach one.
