"Range Change Not Available" Fault

Geez...I didn't even think that vent tube did anything! Who knew it was that critical???

I thought I had remembered another poster mentioning a problem that was related to a clogged vent tube but, I can' find it now. Here is what I found on TOPix - LTB00199NAS1 - Battery Vent Tube Blockage - New Design / Repair Procedure. I don't have a current subscription but I 'll bet it says something like make sure the tube is not pinched as it snakes its way around the fuse box and down between the fender and body.
